By placing an order on the Liberty Filters website (water-filter.co.uk), you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below. Liberty Filters is a trading name of World-Force Ltd, and in the following terms and conditions the words "World-Force Ltd", "Liberty Filters" and/or "The Company" are used interchangeably to refer to the same entity.

You undertake that all goods purchased by you are for your own private and domestic use only, and you accept email as a valid means of communication of any agreement between you and Liberty Filters.
Contract for the Supply of Goods
The display of goods on the Liberty Filters website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Liberty Filters unless, and until, an email is sent by Liberty Filters to you confirming that your order has been shipped. You must check that the details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and you should keep a copy for your records. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Liberty Filters of your offer to buy goods, and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email. Liberty Filters is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted at law, Liberty Filters is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. Liberty Filters disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Liberty Filters does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
Processing of Orders
Liberty Filters will aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable. All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipments to international delivery addresses may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by the customer.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund. We cannot provide a refund on returned items if they have been opened or part used. Please contact us via our Contact Us page before returning any item.
Limitation of Liability
Neither World-Force Ltd t/a Liberty Filters nor any of their directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Liberty Filters does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent that it arises as a result of negligence. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are damaged, defective, or incorrect, Liberty Filters shall, at its own option, make good any shortage, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund the amount paid, provided that you notify us of the problem within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Us page. Liberty Filters will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Illegal Acts
It is a criminal offence to use a false name or invalid payment details to place an order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be reported to the relevant authorities. Liberty Filters tracks electronic records of every order placed on the website to enable crime prevention and detection.
Governing Law
Purchases from Liberty Filters are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
Modification of Terms
Liberty Filters reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be deemed effective from the date and time of posting on the website.
