Returns Policy – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned with all seals and shrink-wrap intact.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we will cover the return postage.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken, unless the item is faulty.
